Married to Helen with two daughters and three grandchildren.
Retired – worked in various aspects of the mining industry from exploration through development to production.
Lived in Revelstoke since 1982.
Interests include hiking in our mountains, cross country ski-ing, cycling, travelling, photography, beer and wine making, doing nothing and annoying my wife.
Have been a director of RDHF since October, 2004.
Past volunteer interests have included: Revelstoke Ski Club, numeracy tutor at Okanagan College, One to One reading tutor at Mt. Begbie School and an extended involvement with the Friends of Mt. Revelstoke and Glacier.
Current volunteer interests are: Treasurer for RDHF, treasurer for Home for the Hunts project, driver for the Seniors’ Medical Drive program, driver for the Cancer Survivors’ group and local co-ordinator of the Community Volunteer Income Tax Program.
