Donated Laryngoscope

In Oct 2022 the Revelstoke District Health Foundation received a $30,000 grant from the TB Vets Charitable Foundation towards the purchase of a STORZ C-MAC laryngoscope (total price $33,302) for the emergency room department of Revelstoke’s Queen Victoria Hospital. This equipment will allow emergency room doctors to provide best possible airway management to the 48-72 critical care patients that present themselves annually at our hospital. The Health Foundation provided the balance of the funds, $3,302, to complete the purchase. The Health Foundation would like to recognize the generous support of the TB Vets Charitable Foundation for their $30,000 grant towards the purchase of this important medical equipment.
